Payment: Payment in full for all services is due before or at the first class, training session, or behavior consultation
(see details below). You may pay by cash or check at your session, or if you prefer to pay by credit card, please notify us
at the time of scheduling (before your first session), and we will send you the link to your own Private Purchase Page on
our website. We utilize PayPal's secure server (you do not need to have a PayPal account for this - 3.3% service fee
applies). The cost of Behavior Consultations, individual private training sessions, and private training packages is
non-refundable.
Cancellation: If you must cancel or reschedule a lesson, we ask that you please give us 48 hours notice whenever
possible, as we reserve that time specifically for you and need advanced notice in order to allow someone else access
to that time slot.
NOTE: If you are considering a multiple-lesson package, you may schedule and complete your first session before
deciding on a package if you wish. This gives you the opportunity to assess the instruction you receive and decide
whether Flint Hill K-9 is a match for you and your dog. If at the end of the first session, you wish to purchase a package,
the package discount will apply. If you decide you don't want to purchase a package up front, then you simply pay the
single session price for that first session and any subsequent single sessions.
Behavior Consultations: Payment in full is due at the time of the Consultation. The cost of Behavior Consultations is
non-refundable.
Private Lesson Packages and Multiple-Session Behavior Modification Programs: Payment in full is due at the first
session. All sessions must be completed within [# of Lessons x 12] days of the first session (exceptions may be given
in some cases). The cost of private lesson packages and multiple-session behavior modification programs is
non-refundable.
Semi-Private Lesson Packages: Know a couple of friends, family members, or neighbors that also want training
lessons with their dogs? You can schedule semi-private single lessons or a semi-private multiple-lesson package.
Each participant receives a 25% discount off the regular session/package rate! (minimum # of participants is 2,
maximum is 4). Basic Obedience & Good manners (such as not jumping, not bolting out of doors & gates, not pulling on
leash, digging, and some others) will be covered. Also covered are the importance of your role as leader in your
relationship with your dog and how to establish this.
NOTE: All cases of aggression and other serious behavior problems will not be covered. You may, however, schedule a
private behavior consultation and/or behavior modification sessions for you and your dog if you wish.

Board & Train Programs: Payment in full is due at the time the training contract is signed. The cost of Board & Train
programs is non-refundable.
Group Classes: If you must drop out before the first class, you will be refunded in full. If you must drop out after the first
class, you will receive a refund of 75% of your enrollment fee. No refunds will be given after Class #2 -- however, you
may apply the cost of the series you missed to any class series following the one in which you enrolled (good for one
year following the start date of the original class series).
If you must miss a class during your class series, please contact your trainer to arrange one of the following: you may
attend another group class's session if there is one before your next class (not usually the case -- another class may be
on a completely different session than the one you missed), or you may have a private session with the trainer before
your next class at a 50% discount off of the private session rate, or you can simply miss that session. However be aware
that the class sessions build upon one another and to be fair to the other class members, the trainer is not able to
spend class time bringing you up to speed on what you missed.
